TFP/CD Photo Shoot

I am currently interested in doing limited TFP/CD (Trade for Portfolio/CD) shoots with Models, Makeup Artists and Stylists in cases where the images could be of mutual benefit to our portfolios.

If you would like to discuss a shoot, please read the information below and then contact me with your ideas for a shoot at dsk@dougklesch.com or call me at (336) 542-3071.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Information on TFP/CD Shoots

Expectations at the Photo shoot

  • Model/MUA/Stylist and Photographer are expected to arrive at the location at the agreed upon time. If any party needs to change the time or location, please give as much advance notice as possible.
  • Models are responsible for their own hair, makeup and wardrobe unless otherwise agreed.
  • Escorts are welcome to attend the shoot, but are expected to respect the creative process and exhibit a professional attitude. If you intend on bringing an escort, please inform the Photographer in advance.

Deliverables from Photographer

  • The Photographer will deliver to the Model/MUA/Stylist:

    a) Watermarked, unprocessed proofs, available for viewing in a password-protected online gallery within five (5) business days of the shoot. These files are NOT intended for distribution to anyone other than the Photographer and the Model/MUA/Stylist. Access to the gallery may be revoked if these images are found to be in circulation without the express permission of the Photographer.

    b) Four (4) finished images per each hour of shooting time, (watermarked, 72 dpi) delivered on a CD within 2-3 weeks of shoot. If longer processing time becomes necessary, the Photographer will contact the Model/MUA/Stylist immediately to inform of the delay.

  • Prices for the delivery of additional finished shots can be negotiated
  • The Photographer will have final decision on what are considered the “best” photos to retouch
    and deliver to the Model/MUA/Stylist.

Usage of Photographs

  • The Model/MUA/Stylist may only use the photographs for the purposes of self-promotion and may not sell or re-license them.
  • The Model/MUA/Stylist cannot sell or distribute the photographs to any web site or submit them to
magazine/online contests without permission of the Photographer.
  • The Photographer retains the rights to all images
  • A "TFP/CD Agreement" AND a “Model Release:Agreement and Authorization for Model to be in Media” must be signed prior to the shoot. Click the links to view samples.
